We stayed at El Conquistador and had a very relaxing time on this island, the ferry ride is not long at all, it feels nice. The water is calm. There is some creepy eels looking things on the water. Once we got there we sat down to have lunch at the Iguana's Bar restaurant, it's an open door sitting area... More

This is a very small island good to enjoy the sun and water. There is not variety of options but for those seeking to relax is very nice.

Lots to do, but expensive drinks and food. Time consuming to get to the island for a quick swim but great for a whole day.

We took short ferry ride from la conquistador 3 days to island. Plenty of chairs and towels. SE beach calmer than E beach, but noisier and more crowded. Water is warm and clear and relatively shallow. Rent tubes, rafts, jet skis, paddle boards. Restaurant has awesome food and reasonably priced. Good drinks too!

Whatever you want from a beach experience you can find it at Palomino Island. There are beach activities, water sports rentals, beach bar, grill, plenty of sun and shade, basketball, etc. the sand is white and the water turquoise blue. Just lay back in one of the provided chairs, relax and enjoy.

Staying at El Conquistador and having access to Palomino Island made our trip to Puerto Rico absolutely amazing. The island has a great private beach just for the resorts guests with all the activities you could dream of (on and off land). Take a hike up the trail and reach the top of the mountain...beautiful views! And enjoy the beach... More
