We hiked Devils Garden trail so that we can see Landscape Arch while it still exists. We were aware that this particular arch could collapse anytime so we made sure that we get to enjoy it while it was there. Even though we had seen pictures of it before, we were still amazed at how this spindly arch had been... More

The walk out to Landscape Arch can be very hot and dry. The track is mainly firm but sandy. The arch is well worth seeing - but having made the trak, do see one or two other arches (such as Pine Arch or Tunnel Arch) that are a short distance from the same trail.

Liked all the Arches on the way and also several that were beyond it. Actually saw Wall Arch prior to its collapse. Do not like hikes so coming down the Fin was not fun for me.

This was by far one of my favorite arches in the park. It did not look very strong, nor could we get very close to it, but definitely worth seeing.

If you ask a ranger which arch to see in the park, they will tell you Landscape Arch, because it's the oldest and well be the first to go. They had a huge chunk fall of it in the 90's and now you cannot go under the arch, or even that close. It is huge. The size of a football... More

This gigantic and lengthy arch is incredible looking. You won’t be able to walk under it or get too close to it since it is extremely delicate. Scientists are literally planning on it collapsing at any time. Go see it before it does. The hike is mild but lengthier then most of the other arches in the park. Note: Parking... More

The walk to Landscape arch is only about 1.8 miles (r/t) of fairly easy strolling, but the real fun is on the continuation to both the Primitive Loop and/or to Double O arch. Far fewer people continue past Landscape - isn't it funny how so many people go to national parks but are in such hurries to get back to... More

I've seen Landscape Arch in September, and it was always just OK. But last week I seen it surrounded by fresh snow...and it turned it into a 5 star arch! Go in the morning as the light hits the front of the arch, and really makes it stand out.

I can't imagine how such a huge arch would have been created, and still survived! Start early morning, if you're planing to spend some time there or hiking other arches past Landscape arch. The hike till Landscape arch is relatively flat and even aged seniors can attempt that. Many people fear that this arch won't survive much...so go and visit... More

Landscape Arch is the longest arch in the park, 290 feet from one end to the other. Arches don't last forever and this one looks like it isn’t long for this earth. It’s nearing collapse. I don’t know what is holding it up at this point. Three large slabs of rock have fallen off since 1991. Fortunately, nobody was standing... More
