Not only was this my first trip to Hawaii but it was my first zip lining experience as well. Curtis and Buddha were hilarious and very knowledgeable about the local land and agriculture. We stayed in Kona for a little over a week trying many different activities and this was by far the best experience I had on the island....

We took our two teenage sons and could not have asked for more! Curtis and Shane were very informative about the islands history and the plants and wildlife on the area. Everyone in our group had such a great time. Recommend it to everyone!

Ok, so take a 50 something woman who is afraid of heights but wants to step outside her comfort zone. Send her to BIEA II and what happens? MAGIC! Was the zip line so tame I was not afraid? NO.......the two young staff, Kia and Curtiss, were so encouraging, funny, kind and helpful that after my first line (With trepidation)...

Seems to me that ziplining could be a flash-in-the-pan experience but this tour made it an event. Great crew, not-rushed pace, built in break with snacks in the coolest shelter (tree house-like experience) overlooking a lush gorge, fresh macadamia nuts. Highly recommended!

We have done many ziplines before, the crew at BIEA are the best. The made the entire adventure fun, exciting, and entertaining. I would recommend BIEA to everyone!

We were first-timers to ziplining and had a fantastic time! The views are gorgeous and guides are very knowledgeable. Overall, a very fun experience. It wasn't scary at all. And the hut in the middle had some delicious snacks. Highly recommend, especially if you've never been ziplining before!
