This hotel is simply amazing. The setting of the hotel was stunning with its views of mountains n sea.
You don’t need to step out of the hotel, it really does have everything. I didn’t feel like I stayed in a hotel, I felt like I was within a picturesque village.
It was great with my lil one, with the farm, kids club and the other stuff it was such a great experience.

Their food selections in all the restaurants were too good.

Loved the experience and would love to come back .

The only thing I would say they can improve is their rooms, we stayed in a sea view room, the room decor did not feel very luxury for a 5 star..

We went with my wife, staff was very friendly and food was good and sufficient. The beach service is good, the sea is sandy and the beach belongs to the hotel, which is perfect. It is great . A nice all inclusive hotel We want to come again next year, thank you very much for everything

Great, not perfect stay.

The entertainment is good for the kids. Mine enjoyed stage academy, and the british TUI team are great at their job.

One thing sticks in my mind a a down point, and so many agreed... The drinks are absolutley awful - im talking not drinkable - im not fussy, but just spent my 2 weeks drinking water. We want to come back this summer, but i am hoping somehow they improve the drinks!! please holiday village, sort this out.

Also the ice cream bar, which is not open enough hours in my opinion.

rooms nice, but wish we had more in the room drinks wise.... maybe water, coke and fanta? just water is rubbish! holiday village rhodes you get loads more.

these little things would make a huge difference, but overall lovely time.

The hotel is lovely, big and spacious, with lots of available sun beds. Pool was a great size and not overly busy. Staff were all very helpful and the food was nice. I had a medical emergency whilst there and the manager, Murat, was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me.

Best holiday we have ever been on! From start to finish this hotel came nothing short of amazing! We travelled as a family 4a & 2c

Arrival - we booked with Basket Travel and paid for the private transfer after an early morning flight and landing in temperatures that felt like you on the sun it was well worth it! Fabulous service will definitely use again.

Arriving at the hotel we were checked in straight away there was no wait and our bags were at our room just before we were. The staff were lovely even walking to our hotel room everyone was saying hello.

Food - We all agreed this was the best all inclusive food we have ever had. Everything was fresh and super tasty. Having food cooked and prepared in front of you really impressed the kids and they loved the fact they had their own section where they could go choose what they wanted to eat.

For us the main draw to this hotel in regard to the food and traveling with children would be lunch time. The fact you can eat outside and not have to get the kids fully dressed to have lunch is amazing and the food options are amazing we thought it would be pizza/burger/nuggets and chips how wrong we were and we were super surprised at the quality of food served at all meal times.

Drinks - we took our own cups to keep them cold for longer the staff were brilliant no questions asked they just filled them.

Alcohol sorry we can’t comment on that I’m not a big drinker especially on holiday unfortunately so I couldn’t comment on this.

Staff - everyone was amazing super friendly and they work sooooo hard so deserve the recognition!

Entertainment - Fabulous! Matty was a brilliant host and got the crowed going every night he was on stage. The entertainment crew work so hard from morning until night it’s go go go the entertainment doesn’t stop! Bingo round the pool was a massive hit with our kids they loved it! The shows in a night were great you could see a lot of time and effort goes into making the shows and we really enjoyed them. We even got up on stage a couple of times winning the Russels Hustle t-shirt.

We really couldn’t rate this holiday enough it’s has something for everyone we loved it so much we booked to go back this year whilst laid on our sunbed last year.

HV Turkey is brilliant well done guys see you soon!

We stayed here on the 28th September for 1 week as a family of four (2 adults & 2 children aged 14 & 10) The resort is very big and clean and it never seems very busy (apart from the bars) My kids enjoyed the water park.
All of the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food was good and we paid for the Japanese A la carte which made a nice change and definitely worth it. The drinks were all amazing, and the best choice of cocktails we have seen in an all inclusive hotel. A nice touch getting crisps and nuts served with the drinks. Amazing variety of iced coffees too! The frustrating thing for us was the queues at the bar. We went towards the end of the season, so maybe its because they were low on staff, but sometimes we could be queuing for 15 minutes. A very nice hotel and definitely worth a visit, but a shame all of the A la carte dining is at a surcharge and the queue times for the bars.

The first time I used this company was in October 2020 when my friends and I went on a girls' trip to Dalaman.
Cihangir(Jay as we called him) was the best tour guide. He provided an excellent service.
When I decided to go to Turkey again with my family, I contacted him. We stayed in Antalya and I booked 3 different tours with him. The bus we went on was excellent. The tour guide we used(Yalcin) was very knowledgeable and friendly. The children could interact with him freely. They were always on time and were not in any rush to finish the tour.
On the day we visited The Land of Legends(which by the way was dead on the day), we spent a few hours and we got dropped off at our hotel. We were later on picked up in the evening to go back there for the evening show.
Cihangir offered for us to be dropped off at the airport at no extra cost to us, which I thought was a very kind gesture. We didn't use them because we already booked a transfer back to the airport.
All in all, I would recommend this company to anyone visiting Turkey. Best service and best experience with the best guides.
Thank you for your service

Perfect family holiday for all ages. My family of 5, 2 adults and three kids (14,13, and 10), visited holiday village turkey for 10 days. And when I say it was the best 10 days we have spent in the sun I mean it!

We visited the beginning of the summer holidays, with expectations that the resort would be very busy and crowded due to the time of year. However we were very pleasantly surprised to find that no areas were overly busy. The activity pool is by far the busiest, here the HV crew host quizzes, bingo, pool games etc. I would highly recommend the bingo, but be warned it is rigged. By the end of our holiday we noticed patterns of who was winning (for a free float your best bet is your youngest child!). If you’re looking for a more relaxing holiday I’d definitely recommend a sun bed by the quiet pool, you can find these towards the right of the resort. There are always sun beds here, and a much quieter pool. At our stay we saw maybe 7 kids in the most at one time. Queue for the slides are relatively small, but I wouldn’t rush to get there because they are nothing special.

I can’t express enough how much you need to get your kids in the kids clubs!!! My eldest was quite put off by the clubs before the holiday, I think she thought it would be boring. But quite the opposite. The Zone (teen club) had numerous activities, that she didn’t want to miss out on. And before we knew it she was in every session. She found a lovely group of friends, whom she is still in contact with now. My 13 year old did try out some of the sessions, and enjoyed. However he preferred to do his own thing with his father, despite this he still spent his time with the zone kids in the evening. And my youngest (the most shy out of my kids) also attended a club and found a lovely couple of friends, whom she spent her days with. A big shout out to mirade (I hope I’ve spelt that right), and Emily who ran the zone club sessions. My kids absolutely loved them. Also I would recommend the water polo, the zones take on it was a bit rough but all the kids loved this (I don’t think it was meant to be like this, but the kids got very competitive!). I know I’ve already said this but please try out a kids club atleast once!

The food was great, no complaints. I do like myself a bit of cheese but the selection was quite bland and flavourless, however I’ve found this with most all inclusives. By far our favourite meal was lunch, the selection was good, and very tasty. It was also open for quite a while, so the kids could help themselves later on if they were still hungry. We did go to an al a carte restaurant, the service was great. We only went once in our stay, purely because we felt the buffet catered for us more. By the end of the holiday however, we were dying for a bag of crisps. They may sell some in the shops at the resort, however we didn’t look.

Overall, we didn’t feel like anybody was pushing for a tip, apart from one time with the two young men who helped take our bags to our room, and did appear to be waiting for something. That was the only encounter we had where we felt pressured to tip. We prefer to do this at the end of our holiday, and at reception, there is a box where you can put money towards who you want to tip.

Room service was good however, we did find that occasionally we would come to our room at around six and they would still be in our room cleaning or changing the sheets. Once you come back to you with me are quite quick to leave however it’s just a bit of a shock the first few times it happened as we werent expecting to see them.

The bar staff were okay, there was no real issue. They catered for your needs, but nobody went out of their way, but at the same time nobody pushed for a tip which as a family we very much appreciated.

The nighttime entertainment was great however, we did feel that on some nights are catered more towards young kids, a lot of the shows were very HV crew focused in the amphitheatre. However, there were shows in the amphitheatre later on that catered more towards the age group that we had taken. I know that a lot of the kids have been going to holiday villages previously, enjoyed the entertainment. There was a lot of older kids dancing on those nights in the amphitheatre with the HV crew, but because it was our first HV holiday we didn’t feel the same. If you’re looking for entertainment, more targeted towards an older family like the family we took, we found that the activity bar was a lot better, they held quizzes and gameshow type events. And also games which my husband was very quick to get involved in. Overall the whole experience in the activity bar was just really enjoyable. The teams for the game are very competitive and it’s a really great atmosphere.

If you thinking of coming, I couldn’t recommend it enough. Considering what we got out of the holiday we thought the price was well suited, there were certain aspects of the hotel that led me to give this a four star. Just little things like the limited selection of drinks in the bar and little things like that. Nothing major at all. if you do decide to come to this hotel, please try out your (specifically older kids) in the zone kids club my kids loved it so much and I’m sure yours will to. if you haven’t booked this hotel yet please take this as a sign to do so, you wont regret it!
