We drive approximately 60 miles to eat at Cajun Boilers several times a year. The onion straws and sauce beat all others! Thin, crispy and fresh. The dipping sauce is wonderful, we save some to dip fries or hush puppies in later. Their shrimp dishes are my favorite. Always fresh, perfectly seasoned and delicious.
