What a great addition to the Hudson Valley.....delicious Indian food! The buffets are always fresh, never standing and old. Fresh bread is brought directly to the table. The owners make sure you are pleased with everything. Never had a meal, I didn't thoroughly enjoy. If ordering from the menu you can request the spice level. Hmm, I'm getting hungry again... more

I found the town of Rhinebeck absolutely charming. There were so many restaurants to choose from. Terrapin had an excellent lunch menu with such offerings as make your own sandwich (choose from smoked onions, grilled peppers, pesto, gouda, chicken) We also ordered dessert (the chocolate mousse cake was delicious). The atmosphere was very relaxed and the prices weren't too expensive.... more
