A new owner and resturant in an established location, one I have visited in the past. The decor remains from the past, but I imagine that will change as success is re-invested in the building. What is new is a level of service, and quality of no frills "Comfort Food". As stated, I've been to this establishment under previous owners...ONCE!... more
