This was our 8th trip to Key West and we had our most relaxing time.The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had to transfer rooms for one night there were no issues and helped with the move. For the price, this was a GREAT excursion. They picked us up at our hotel, brought us to the mangroves, set us up, guided us through a 2 hour kayak hike through amazing views.
