Booked the 1pm trip for Tuesday 2/7 with Newport Landing Whale Watching. The day before was beautiful weather but on this day it was cold and cloudy, out on the water was freezing so if you may have inclement weather, wear a jacket, socks, hat and gloves! Stayed here in January with Family. First off, the general grounds are impeccably maintained. The area is actually more beautiful in person. Pictures do not do it justice. There are some beautiful outdoor gas grills scattered throughout the complex. There are plently of nice grassy nooks with chairs to just sit and gaze off into the pacific. The gym facilities... more
