This is clearly an old resort, originally built to be able to handle masses. The walls are concrete (read: you can hear the neighbor snoring), the outdoor pools are cold, opposed to the on-site literature number 3 (the brochure states 6), the indoor pool is a nice touch - too bad it won't let the sunlight or the warmth inside...... more
we booked this holiday last may with thomsons, then in july we had our flights changed, followed in sept with a letter telling us hotel had been down graded, we seriously thought about changing holiday, SO GLAD WE DID NOT as this was one of the best holidays that we had. the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, food... more
We stayed here in November and all I can say it was fantastic. The staff are brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. I will not name just one of them as that would not be fair as it really is a team effort. It was great to see a lot of famiiar faces we had met when we last stayed... more
