I read the reviews after I booked and actually asked travel agent if it was possible to rebook. It wasn't possible and so I arrived worried. I found the staff helpful, the rooms clean, the trip to the gondola by minibus was a pain but we left it until 10am when it got quiet, which was fine. And the food... more
