We visited the Experimentarium in Oct, after 2 days of touring Copenhagen with our 3 daughters (5, 7 and 9). I stayed here for 3 nights, in Feb 2012, and had a very nice experience. It is in a very good location right near a metro station (about 5 min walk) and is right next to the Strøget (main shopping street) and very near to the harbour as well.
