This is a tourist trap, for-profit rip-off, posing as a "museum". It was sensationally successful at appealing to our two sons and their like-minded friends when they were very little. If you or yours are part of that market, go for it, otherwise find a sidewalk cafe nearby and wait while the little ones amuse their little minds. more

We just happened by this enchanting place. Rustic, beautiful and authentic. the hosts were very friendly. we stayed in a cottage -very roomy an comfortable. A great place to tour the country side from. close to Sn gimigano and Volterra and a nice refuge from the tourist scene. Food and wine were great. Highly recommend for the non five star... more
