When you like European art-deco in it's original glamour, this is the best hotel in the Nuremberg area.......the staff is really wonderful and friendly.......there's never a NO in there answer and service is in the highest standard of the Hotellerie. On arrival, when we checked in at the reception desk, one of the receptionists started cursing when something didn't worked the way he wanted. We found this very unprofessional!! When we asked them about a city map and for a nice restaurant, they send us to some poor italian place. Not a very good recommendation! The room was too hot... more
