Everything!!! The owner is a pompous, obnoxious man who spent most of the night shouting and roaring at his staff. Service was very slow and he could not take any critisism. He actually shouted at customers when they made a complaint!!! Would never go back. more
We arrived in Tralee on Friday evening, got a parking space in the hotel car park. Called to the bar to get checked in by the very friendly Brian who quickly did so. Our room was on the 2nd floor of the hotel to the front, we had a view of the street. We liked the view of the bar... more
call to stokers maybe every second week and during the year with family.food is out of this world.always enjoy my time there .staff are friendly and very efficient and great to be served by.there is always plenty served fresh aswel.most important.would recommend it to anyone i know more
