Excellent place to stay. Good atmosphere, the Staff were pleasant made us feel welcome nothing was to much of a bother. Room was clean and pleasant. First thing you notice when entering hotel is the smell. We've seen reviews mentioning a damp smell but it seemed more like drains to us. It was very noticeable in our corridor (floor 2), and in the lounge, sometimes entering the restaurant. Definitely a problem with damp as well as our bathroom had loads of black patches on the ceiling.... more
