I think most of the reviews here are a bit harsh. It's a bit older than a lot of the hotels, but it's also cheap. I never had any problems with smoke or anything like that. They really pack you into those trams! But its worth it. Take the hike to the top, the view is stunning and its a nice hike. Took a picnic lunch and ate it at the top :) more
Great for everyone, families included. The snow coach trip to the icefield is a must, cool experience. more
